The project followed an Agile methodology, adopting an iterative development approach to ensure continuous progress, adaptability, and responsiveness to feedback. Regular reviews and incremental improvements helped refine the platform and align it with business needs. To support scalability and performance, a cloud-native microservices architecture was implemented, allowing the system to efficiently handle large transaction volumes while maintaining high availability and flexibility.
A user-centric design approach was prioritized, enhancing the platform’s UX/UI with intuitive navigation and interactive features to improve the overall user experience. Additionally, automated testing and rigorous quality assurance measures were implemented to ensure platform stability and reliability. Functional and regression testing played a key role in minimizing errors and maintaining seamless operations across all system components.
