Job Description: Business Analyst (5+ years)
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate smooth communication, handle user queries, and support user adoption during the transition.
• Work directly with business users to gather requirements, clarify needs, and document expectations.
• Define, prepare, and support UAT scenarios, ensuring data accuracy, correct KPIs, and dashboard functionality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of mappings, transformations, test outcomes, and approvals.
• Act as the central point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure all functional requirements are clearly translated into technical specifications.
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and user interaction skills.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data or analytics projects.
• Understanding of data landscapes involving Snowflake, Qlik, ETL pipelines, or similar Data / BI environments.
• Decent knowledge of SAP ECC & S/4HANA system and have relevant project experience related to it
• Experience supporting UAT, writing test cases, and validating outputs.
• Ability to create clear documentation for business and technical teams.
Good-to-Have:
• Exposure to Qlik, Snowflake, or SAP data models – relevant certifications are plus
• Experience in dashboard testing or KPI validation.
• Understanding of data mapping, governance, or data quality processes.
