Business Analyst cum Data Analyst

Job Description :

• Business Analyst: (Shift Timings- 12pm-9pm)
• Over 5 yrs experience working as Business Analyst in IT industry
• Comprehensive knowledge and exp in Software Development Life Cycle SDLC with both Waterfall & Agile Scrum methodologies
• Proficient in creating documents like Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (RFD) and Functional specifications document (FSD)
• Expert in interacting with stakeholders, SMEs, end-users and uderstand, analyse, communicate and validate requirements

Data Analysis:

• Extract data from various internal and external sources using data extraction tools.
• Clean and transform raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Good knowledge about Data Analysis, data lake and Data Warehousing concepts
• Reporting:
• Create regular reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven insights.
• Present findings to leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
• Must have experience in creating dashboards, charts, graphs and periodic reports on Power BI or Tableau or Qlikview
• Should be able to identify data patterns, trends and abnormalities and present findings/observations/recommendations to stakeholders.
