Job Description: FullStack developer (5+ years)
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations tailored to business requirements.
- Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into functional BI solutions.
- Connect Power BI to a variety of enterprise data sources including SAP BW/HANA, Oracle, Hyperion, spreadsheets, and cloud platforms like Snowflake and Amazon Redshift.
- Develop and maintain semantic data models and implement efficient data transformations using Power Query
- Optimize report/dashboard performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and clarity in reporting.
- Troubleshoot data issues and manage the quality and integrity of reported data.
- Maintain and enhance existing reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide documentation and training to end-users and promote self-service BI usage across the organization.
Must have skills:
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and UX/UI design.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP BW/HANA, Oracle, and Hyperion.
• Skilled in accessing and transforming data from spreadsheets, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, and other modern cloud data platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational and columnar databases.
• Familiarity with hierarchical and financial planning data structures.
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and deliver user-friendly dashboards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
