Job Description :

• IT – Infrastructure Projects Technical Consultant – End User Productivity
• Experience with ITIL processes, managed services, help desk systems and related activities including ability to troubleshoot alerts.
• Mandatory:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the IT industry out of which 8 years in Technical Consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
• Hands-on technical experience with leading infrastructure solutions from suppliers such as, but not limited to, Microsoft (Windows 10/O365), Apple iOS, Android clients and associated mobile enabling technologies from VMware, CA, Citrix and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure & AWS)
• Solid experience within end user computing environments, such as
• Solutioning/implementation of Digital/Modern workspace
• Design and implement Mobile device management tools such VMware workspace one, endpoint manager.
• Good knowledge in client operating systems such as Apple OS’s, Andriod and Windows
• Knowledge in application packaging and deployment for various mobile device platforms
• Experience in managing Apple devices
• Experience in design and implementation of Windows Auto pilot and Windows hello for business.
• Knowledge in Azure AD, SCCM, Federations services (Ping or AD)
