Oracle ECM Developer/ Lead/ Specialist skill set Oracle ECM, UCM, WFR, IPM, and WebLogic Server, and have experience working with both Windows and Linux server environments.

• We are seeking an Oracle ECM Specialist with deep expertise in the installation, configuration, and upgrade of Enterprise Content Management systems.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in Oracle ECM, UCM, WFR, IPM, and WebLogic Server, and have experience working with both Windows and Linux server environments.
• This role involves troubleshooting performance and storage issues, optimizing database performance, and providing customized solutions in WFR and Oracle Capture solutions to meet business requirements.
• Proven experience in the installation, configuration, and upgrade of Oracle ECM systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Linux server environments.
• Experience in database performance tuning and storage optimization for ECM applications.
• Ability to develop and implement customized solutions in WFR according to business needs.
• Experience with integrating ECM systems with SOA and other third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Oracle ECM or related technologies.
• Experience with enterprise application integration.
