Dr. C.R. Jayanthi is an MBBS and MD (Pharmacology) graduate with over three decades of experience in medical education, healthcare administration, clinical research, pharmacovigilance, and the pharmaceutical industry. She has served as the Former Director & Dean of Bangalore Medical College & Research Institute, where she led academic, clinical, and administrative initiatives, including the management of the institution as a dedicated COVID-19 hospital during the pandemic. She has held several academic and regulatory positions, including Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and member of the Subject Expert and New Drug Approval Committees of the Drug Controller General of India. With over 25 years of association with the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Consultant, she brings extensive expertise in pharmacovigilance, clinical research, drug safety, medical affairs, and healthcare administration.
