Ahobilam Nagasundaram is the Executive Director, CEO and one of the Promoters of our Company. He has been promoter of our Company since July 3, 2020, and was appointed as an Executive Director of our Company on September 30, 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Madras and a Master of Business Administration degree from Anna University, Madras. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of IT & consulting services. Previously, he was associated with Innova Solutions Private Limited, CareerOne Solutions India Pvt Ltd, Technosolv Software Systems Pvt. Ltd., Mastek Limited, Ness Digital Engineering (India) Private Limited and Facit Asia Limited. He is responsible for steering the overall operations, driving strategic growth initiatives, and leading the Company’s expansion plans.
