Kannan Jayaramakrishnan

Kannan Jayaramakrishnan is the Independent Director & Chairman of our Company and has been associated with our Company since December 18, 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, along with a Diploma in Systems Management from the University of Bombay. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT sector. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Tata Consultancy Services Limited, as the Vice President in Computer Consultancy department. In his capacity as Chairman, he provides leadership to the Board and supports the Company in its governance and strategic oversight.
