Lathika Siddharth Pai is an Additional Independent Director of our Company, and she was appointed on August 22, 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bengaluru University and Master of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York. She has over 6 years of experience in the field of sales and business development. Previously, she was associated with Microsoft Corporation (India) Private Limited and prior to joining our Company, she was designated as a Partner at Tekinroads Consulting LLP.
