Muthukrishnan Shanmuga Thevar is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company and has been associated with our Company since December 18, 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tamil Nadu, a Master of Business Administration degree from Madurai Kamaraj University, Tamil Nadu and a LL.B. degree from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Srikakulam. Further, he is a qualified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and as a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He possesses approximately 18 years of experience in secretarial practice and compliance. He was previously associated with VA Tech WABAG Limited, KSA Powerinfra Private Limited, Apps Business IT Solutions Private Limited, G.E.T. Engineering Constructions Private Limited. He is responsible for overseeing legal, regulatory, and secretarial functions of our Company.
