One of the domestic Bank in India wanted their Domain name changed for ease and greater visibility with the public. Project covered emails, domains, corporate websites, and Google Suite, across multiple regions within a single country; included customer-facing banking portals. Fully internal customer owned data centre only with no cloud involved.

Key challenges included ensuring seamless data transfer, maintaining business continuity, Full customer facing rebranding under stringent bank standards. 90-day sandbox validation phase special focus on rebranding sensitive customer banking sites with layered security reviews and validations. integrating their internal applications and addressing existing email security gaps.

Solution Delivered
We worked on a migration plan with extensive discussions with the client. Planning was crucial as to not create any downtime affecting the end users or customers of the bank. The team performed a detailed discovery of the source environments, created a phased migration strategy, and implemented a test migration for the least risk group of mailboxes first to address any potential issues/risks that may arise.
On successful completion of the initial phase, multiple phases were planned and migrated on the remaining set of mailboxes and the add on services.
