Job Description: Data Analyst (5+ years)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (Business, Data & Analytics, Engineering, etc.).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data mining, and generating actionable insights in fast-paced environments.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data findings into business recommendations.
• Solid understanding of data analytics tools, BI applications, and data lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on value delivery, quick execution, and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar languages is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver actionable, data-driven insights by combining analytical skills, business understanding, and technical expertise.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Independently perform end-to-end data analysis aligned with established data & analytics strategies.
• Act as a liaison across business teams, PPM, digital teams, and other cross-functional groups.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data owners to design and develop simple yet effective data models.
• Automate workflows related to data ingestion, transformation, quality checking, and analysis using existing tools.
