Job Description:
We are seeking a strong Techno-Functional Consultant to support the TransUnion LATAM finance implementation. The role involves working across the full project lifecycle, including business requirements gathering, solution design, integrations, testing, and go-live readiness for finance processes such as Accounts Payable (AP), Billing/Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), and General Ledger (GL).
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business processes and system design by translating workshop discussions into clear functional requirements, process flows, field mappings, interface rules, and test scenarios. The candidate should be comfortable collaborating with local Spanish-speaking business teams, global template teams, developers, and integration partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and clarify business requirements for finance processes within the TransUnion global environment.
- Perform fit-gap analysis between TransUnion’s standard global design and local country-specific requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, data mappings, and test scenarios.
- Work on finance system integrations, including data validation, reconciliation, and defect triage.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live stabilization activities.
- Ensure strong adherence to controls, compliance, auditability, and process standardization across finance processes.
- Required Experience
- Experience in ERP finance implementations in a techno-functional consultant role.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Billing/Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), and General Ledger (GL) impacts.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, data mappings, testing, and defect resolution.
- Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience working in multi-system finance environments and supporting country rollout projects.
- Exposure to LATAM finance, tax, and compliance requirements is preferred.

- Comfortable working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environment.
