Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience
- Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Node.js
- Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Components (LWC), Apex programming, Visualforce pages, SOQL & SOSL
- Experience in unit testing, API integration, and advanced Salesforce flows
- Expertise in secure enterprise integration and Salesforce best practices
- Experience with Amazon Connect CTI Adapter for Salesforce
- Experience in building WebRTC browser-based Contact Control Panel (CCP) within Salesforce
- Experience in developing and implementing solutions using Amazon Connect
- Strong experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Kinesis, Kendra, etc.
- Experience in designing and implementing call routing (routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messages, hours of operation, holiday routing with dynamic messaging)
- Hands-on experience with AWS CLI and AWS SDK
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Experience in writing IAM roles following AWS security best practices
- Proven experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide development teams
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience in documenting systems, scripts, applications, and maintaining/updating technical documentation
