Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience
• Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Node.js
• Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Components (LWC), Apex programming, Visualforce pages, SOQL & SOSL
• Experience in unit testing, API integration, and advanced Salesforce flows
• Expertise in secure enterprise integration and Salesforce best practices
• Experience with Amazon Connect CTI Adapter for Salesforce
• Experience in building WebRTC browser-based Contact Control Panel (CCP) within Salesforce
• Experience in developing and implementing solutions using Amazon Connect
• Strong experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Kinesis, Kendra, etc.
• Experience in designing and implementing call routing (routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messages, hours of operation, holiday routing with dynamic messaging)
• Hands-on experience with AWS CLI and AWS SDK
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation
• Experience in writing IAM roles following AWS security best practices
• Proven experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide development teams
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Experience in documenting systems, scripts, applications, and maintaining/updating technical documentation
