Job Description:
What You Will Do
• Configure SSO integrations using SAML 2.0 and OIDC for enterprise and SaaS applications.
• Set up Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) lifecycle workflows using Okta Lifecycle Management.
• Configure directory integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, or Azure AD/Entra ID using Okta agents.
• Set up automated provisioning and deprovisioning (SCIM or Okta-managed) for downstream applications.
• Configure MFA policies, sign-on rules, and access controls based on project requirements.
• Build Okta Workflows for identity automation tasks such as approvals and notifications.
• Support application onboarding and work with app teams on integration requirements.
Skills Required
• Hands-on Okta experience — Universal Directory, SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management.
• Experience configuring SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM-based integrations.
• Familiarity with Okta Workflows, Expression Language, and Event/Inline Hooks.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, or Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Comfortable with basic scripting (JavaScript or Python) for workflow customisations.
Good to Have
• Okta Certified Professional or Okta Certified Administrator.
• Exposure to Okta Identity Governance (OIG) or Auth0.
• Familiarity with other IAM tools like SailPoint, Saviynt, or CyberArk.
• Basic understanding of Zero Trust concepts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of Okta implementation or development experience.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
