Job Description: Power platform developer (3 – 7 years)

Responsibilities:

Power Platform (Primary):

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas) to support business processes.
• Automate workflows and integrations using Power Automate.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, and governance within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional Power Platform solutions.

Full Stack Development (Secondary):

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Java, React, and Express.
• Design and manage databases using SQL/MySQL and Postgres SQL to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs to integrate Power Platform solutions with custom applications.
• Implement cloud-based solutions using Azure or AWS to enhance scalability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across both Power Platform and custom-built systems.

Team & Process:

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in both Power Platform and full stack development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Proficiency in Java, React, Express, SQL/MySQL, Postgres SQL and RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and cloud integration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
