Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with .NET skills to manage application support and BAU operations for business-critical systems. The role requires hands-on Salesforce development expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a support-driven environment ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvements.
The individual will work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve incidents, manage enhancements, and support day-to-day operations across Salesforce and integrated .NET applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development & Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix issues related to Salesforce configurations, custom code, integrations, and data.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, flows, and validation rules.
- Support BAU activities such as minor enhancements, configuration changes, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Integration & .NET Responsibilities
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems built on .NET technologies.
- Troubleshoot integration issues involving REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data synchronization processes.
- Collaborate with .NET development teams to resolve cross-platform issues and implement enhancements.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining integration services and scheduled jobs.
- BAU Operations & Incident Management
- Manage daily BAU activities, including user support, data fixes, monitoring jobs, and log analysis.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes as per ITIL standards.
- Ensure SLA adherence and provide timely communication on incident status and resolution.
- Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and runbooks.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand issues and prioritize BAU enhancements.
- Support release management activities, including testing, deployment, and post-release validation.
- Assist with user training and provide guidance on best practices and system usage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform:
- Apex, SOQL/SOSL
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- Salesforce Flows and Security Model
- Experience in Salesforce support and BAU environments (L2/L3).
- Working knowledge of .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs).
- Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of deployment tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines.
